- A copy of the receipt of purchase if available; if not available state date of purchase and from whom.
- A note which includes a description of the problem for each light or charger.

- A method which we can use to contact you: phone number, fax number, or email address.
When shipping, please use a carrier that can confirm delivery.

I own 3 different Streamlights and i’ve only had to contact Streamlight once for a warranty issue and they fixed it for free.
