You can also send your light/charger to the factory for repair. A RA# is not needed for Repair or Warranty work:

Please include (inside the box):

  • A copy of the receipt of purchase if available; if not available state date of purchase and from whom.
  • A note which includes a description of the problem for each light or charger.
  • Whether you require an estimate.
  • Whether you require the bill to be sent to a different address.
  • Your name and mailing address.
  • A method which we can use to contact you: phone number, fax number, or email address.

When shipping, please use a carrier that can confirm delivery.
